The Clubhouse is OPEN!
What has changed ~ Things will look different from what we are used to but we are committed to providing a safe space for everyone.
August Calendar 2020 ~ check it out!
The hours for The Clubhouse will be: Monday – Friday 10:00am-2:00pm
The hours will be divided into four shifts:
10:00am – 10:50am
11:00am – 11:50am
12:00pm – 12:50pm
1:00pm – 1:50pm
Clubhouse members are required to sign up for a shift via phone (250-374-0440 ext. 102) – FIRST CALL FIRST SERVED J Members will only be able to access one shift per day. A voicemail message will be set up to outline the registration process for those members calling after hours or are unable to connect with staff.
A maximum of 12 members per shift will be able to access the program. This will allow for physical distancing.
The entrance door will remain unlocked for five minutes after each hour (ie. 10:00am-10:05) to allow registered members to access the building. After those five minutes, the doors will remain locked for the remainder of the shift.
The last ten minutes of each hour are reserved for cleaning and disinfecting.
All members will receive an orientation to the new safety protocols we have in place. We understand that this will take some time to adjust to but we are here to answer your questions and help support you during these times. We are all in this together J
Looking forward to seeing you all!
