Founded in 1918, Canadian Mental Health Association is one of the oldest voluntary organizations in Canada. As a not-for-profit agency, CMHA-Kamloops focuses on supporting and enhancing the capacity of individuals and the community to take control over their lives and improve/maintain good mental health. We do this through information services, mental health promotions, public education, housing and our
Clubhouse program.

In addition, CMHA-Kamloops acts as a social advocate to promote and strengthen community mental health services and to represent the interests of all individuals with mental health concerns.

To remain dedicated to promoting the mental health of all people and ensure the provision of the best possible services for individuals with mental health concerns we rely upon public and corporate donations. It is through the commitment of donors that we are able to maintain and ensure the successful delivery of services.

You may make a donation in three ways (charitable registrations No. 10777 4408 RR0001):

1. By mail or by phone to:
CMHA-Kamloops Branch
857 Seymour Street
Kamloops, BC V2C 2H6
(250) 374 0440

2. In Memoriam Gifts:
In times of loss, many families request that In Memoriam donations be made to our organization.
By doing this, they enable the family and friends to make a meaning gesture of sympathy and
 remembrance.

3. Gift Planning:
Gift Planning is charitable giving that is usually carried out as part of a person’s financial and
estate planning. Gift planning makes it possible for a person to set aside a portion of his/her
assets for Canadian Mental Health Association without putting a strain on their budget or estate.
Ways to give through Gift Planning include:

· bequests
· life insurance policies
· gifts of annuities
· endowments

On behalf of the Canadian Mental Health Association and all those who will be helped as a result
of your donation, thank you for your support.
