Want to know how to feel better, right now? This enjoyable, interactive course introduces the principles of Five Areas CBT and will help you understand your feelings and what to do about them!
In eight, enjoyable 90-minute sessions – one per week – this course helps people to make a difference to their lives. Each session is expertly moderated and includes a booklet. Participants are taught how to deal with their feelings when fed up, worried, or hopeless, and learn skills that help them tackle life’s problems.

Facilitator: Jean Hagen
Jean has been working in Social Services for many years. Jean is one of the Community Coaches for the Bounce Back Program, a guided self-help program, also created by Dr. Chris Williams.
Designed by Dr. Chris Williams, an expert in cognitive behavioural therapy, the Living Life to the Full course will enable you to enhance your coping skills when dealing with life’s ups and downs. The course will address topics such as how to:
•Boost your mood and lower anxiety
•Improve your motivation and confidence
•Learn practical problem-solving skills
•Notice and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors
•Maintain healthy living
